Reverse Dieting: In a nutshell, is basically the opposite of a diet, hence reverse diet. The goal is to gradually re-introduce calories (usually from carbohydrates and fat) in an incremental pattern that can span across a few months. By gradually increasing calories you will be able to reduce and minimize fat re-gain and rebuild your metabolism and build muscle. This all sounds great, but, like most things in order to see the benefit you must know how to do it right.
